    Join Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncturist Jeffrey Chand for a simple, light hearted Qi Gong practice. He will teach an easy routine with 5 classic Qi Gong exercises that will help you feel grounded, relaxed, and it may even make you smile!

She will lead you on a journey into your self, using various instruments and vibrational sound tools such as crystal bowls, medicine drums, vocal channeling, flute, chimes and more. To 'go on a journey' ...to ride the sound-wave of the sacred drum, is an earth-based, core practice that is still used around the world today. Journeying is a mindful way to shift your consciousness, to access your inner guidance and soul teachings. One can practice shamanic journeying as a spiritual practice for every day living. It also brings deep relaxation, peace and calmness to one’s life.
    We will open and create safe, sacred space with drum, song and chant... I am honoured to sound the healing big drum 'laughing wolf', on your behalf, who will awaken your own wisdom-teacher.
